Description
The above fuel less generator then works upon vacuum differentiation.. then being vacuum and lower negative pressure. The system then motivating a generator by the natural tendency for vacuum to seek equilibrium.
The system initiates first then by manual obtainment of vacuum in both chambers via manual vacuum pump number 10. The lower vacuum tank then having extremely low pressure (vacuum). The directional flow valve then is positioned to the correct position to allow for independent vacuum selection ie.. to "pull" for either or "upper" or "lower tank".
The flow valve , number 9 then positioned to the "run" position allowing the flow from the upper tank through the flow valve number 9 to then become the intake vacuum to number 3 via flow tube to then exit number 3 and enter the lower tank number 21, with greater vacuum. The equalization then producing mechanical rotation converted into electricity.
The high speed vacuum pump upon the out put rotation end of the ratio gear set's then causing deeper vacuum within the lower tank yielding perpetuation of rotation with the connected flow pipes then connecting to the lower tank "intake" to the high speed vacuum pump" and the "exhaust" then from vacuum pumps (discharge) connected via pipe to the upper tank allowing system flow perpetuation.. flow cycle containing one way valves to cause correct flow for the cycle as depicted...
The produced electrical current then able to be re-introduced into the electric motor , number 4, on the drive shaft joined generating assembly. This allows forward advancement of the total system on relatively low vacuum differentiation also "reverse wired" to then cause resistance with low current acting as a "break". A safety feature then with system fault indication causing an "all stop" as a safety feature.
The electric motor then in the forward motive direction at start until the required speed is obtained. Then the "reverse wire" function kicks in to then act as a system speed regulation ( powered reverse rotation direction counter rotational direction "resistance" ), with very low amounts of electrical current to then balance the velocity rate for correct operation. This prevents a "run away effect",. The R.P.M. sensor then also acting to regulate the speed with the information from the sensor to then "regulate" the systems speed adjusting the "reverse wire" electricity to the electric motor number 4. Regulation electronics circuits then contain "all stop" system shut off safety function as a safety measure.
The external ground wire then a pin... required inserted into the earth to control static electricity or plugged into the wall ground. A "fault interrupt"- "all stop" as a safety feature if the ground is not connected will act as a safety feature. The "ground" wire is sheathed and doubly encased for weather. Inspection of the ground wire is important before use to insure sheath integrity. The electric motors and generators are sealed explosion proof design system then filled with Argon - ( *Argon an inert Noble gas). The flow tubes are electrically grounded and electrically insulated.
The design system is suitable for the "cold vacuum" system depicted at http://www.designdeskinc.com/cold-vacuum-system.html
Advanced models will contain a plasma box to act as a static electricity build up dissipation system.
The electronics contain a "tilt" ballast to cause "all stop" a safety feature" to insure the ground wire then secure...
The vacuum level can then be displayed by dial ( vacuum level gauge), or sensor using digital display also with a beep audio system to indicate when correct vacuum level in both chambers has been reached to then start the system by switching the control valve, number 9 to the "run" position.
As a system speed regulation feature and a required safety feature. The design will be able to automatically govern it's speed referencing the R.P.M. sensor information to then adjust the electrical current feed to the generator assemblies electric motor number 4.
As rotation is occurring the vacuum pump then tandem rotating with the high side "the 20" of the ratio gear set to then produce "deeper" vacuum within the lower tank ( number 21), and return the vacuum "potential" to the top / "upper" vacuum tank , number 20. The flow pipe then emanating from the vacuum pump, number 7 is secured via clip unto the casing just before the flow pipe is coupled with the flow selection valve , number 9.
