Metal Works Refinery
The Metal Works Refinery is a different kind of metal processing system. By using small independent systems that are able to be mobilized and moved to required locations... makes the system more versatile than existing metal processing system. The system would then be of the size able to be mounted upon a semi truck trailer.
The "gate" with flow "flap valve" is then mounted upon the molten pool then assisted in it's elevation as the pour spout is able to change it's height ( hinging) to then reduce the waste in the molten pool, then also with final slag ejection system by hydraulic plate push pistons under the final molten pool internal slant taper. The molten pool then is insulated and remains at desired temperature as an electric furnace at it's base...
The turn table, then with pneumatic part ejection system, also ejects the cast part to the electric conveyor belt system to be moved to the next stage that the part is intended for. The mounting for the turn table then is able to motion to stow in the vertical position (depicted in the horizontal position). The turn table also able to match the height of the gate's elevation. ie.. has the ability to vertical travel.
The laser system then running along the length of the melt trough is by carbon dioxide laser system powered by a fuel less high voltage generator. The sides of the trough shield the system from any exterior emission of laser light.
The gas evacuation "long arch" is also motivated by pneumatic piston system allowing for sectional slide openings. Some sections then with orifice port for loading material (metals). The "long arch" is then with high velocity capacity "air" exchange for controlled "gas" evacuation and processing (so that zero harmful emission occurs - requires Amine system / CO2 stripper), as some alloy may be treated with different injected elements to cause different mechanical properties....
The molten pool then may also come equipped with a servo "boom" articulating arm with electromagnet and tool tip end to then be able to clean and remove the final metal mass within the molten pool when changing types of material. The "boom arm" may also assist in cast part removal from the turn table....
The system will then also be equipped with work lighting for safety in low light conditions.
The material feed conveyors then having the ability to hinge and "park" / lock ( via locking pin and cotter pin), in the vertical position by hydraulic piston system. This allows for travel with the total vertical height to remain within the highway standard maximum height.
The power plant for the metal melter then within a slide drawer opening from the rear of the trailer chassis. The slide drawer then also containing the systems control electronics, air pump systems, and pollution control system for the Amine (CO2 scrubber / stripper), system.
The system control panel then aft located upon the exterior face of the slide drawer with weather safe clamping enclosure that is transparent to then be able to view the warning lamps when the system indicates a system fault upon the control panel display via lamp.An infrared remote control system is also contained within the system. The remote control then also containing a photovoltaic solar panel to charge the remote control rechargeable battery.
The off loading conveyor then also recessed within the chassis of the trailer to then unload the metal part post mold pour. The said conveyor then extended by hydraulic piston system and motivated by redundant system containing hydraulic flow conveyor belt gearing and hydraulic impeller - and pump. The conveyor belt also able to be motivated by electric motor.
The off load conveyor then extended when the system is detached from the tractor (semi truck). All conveyor system contain stabilizer hydraulic landing feet to then stabilize the total system. The chassis itself also then having hard mound hydraulic piston extension to then level the trailer with pivot feet that have rubber bases bolted to metal plates that hinge. The feet themselves then have slam pins to then be hammered into the ground to lock the feet and preventing the trailer from sliding horizontally due to material loading due to the weight when in use....
The total system then also containing redundant electrical grounding earth insert pins...both for the generator system and the trailer chassis itself.
The mobile foundry may then assist by having an "on site" recycle capacity in zones that have encountered natural disasters to then recover the material used for building....
The "trough" then able to incline it's tilt to adjust the flow feed rate to the molten pool by with the hing then mounted upon the molten pool and the hydraulic piston system on the opposite end of the trough causing rise giving a tilt from zero degrees to 15 degrees...
To clarify the "spout" on the molten pool remains at location...as depicted the valve / gate then able to hinge allowing shallow depth of molten metal to then be directed to the turn table to cast the part. Most to the depiction for the molten pool then is the electric furnace system..... low molten metal depth within the horizontal plane in line with the trough hinge then being the molten metal pool's floor. The molten metal pool also has an operational "lid" able to be opened for clean out... a locking safety system that references the system temperature will lock the lid preventing it from opening until the temperature is safe..
