Semi Truck Rain Flap Vacuum System
While traveling upon the highway we have all encountered water spray from Semi trucks during inclement weather.. A solve is to then use rain flaps to shield the water spray. The tire flaps also will contain vacuum ports to suck the water up directly behind the tire then pumping it via wet vacuum system into a holding containment tank.
The design system will cause a safer roadway assisting in drying the surface of the road for other vehicles as well....
The cost effectiveness of the system applied is then also made viable since the advanced tractor trailers will then be fuel less "Active" electric cargo transport system making the weight of additional water not an issue.....
The trailers "rain flaps" are motorized then will slide up and down vertical so that while in motion they may be activated..the flap on the tractor itself will have a curving lowering effect with a flexing shield material like a garage door with many smaller sections to allow for contour curve...
Due to the vehicle turning radius the forward flaps mounting mechanism upon the trailer will have the ability to hinge when then being lowered allowing for the vehicle turning to then cause the flap to then flex / pivot upward slightly and outward (hinged aft ), without damage to the flap mechanism.. The allowance then not encumber the wheels or the vehicles turning. This prevents impedance in the flaps function..
